The Medstor materials management system is recognised throughout Europe and the UK as the industry leader in hospital and healthcare storage. HSD Medstor brings these advanced medical storage products to Australia.
The Medstor concept of healthcare storage is based on the 60/40 system, i.e. a range of trays which are 600mm x 400mm x (either) 50mm/100mm/200mm deep. This system allows versatility and flexibility, as the trays are interchangeable with the Medstor range of cabinets, shelving or trolleys.

Cleaning Medstor Trays & Dividers |
Medstor trays and dividers are manufactured in clear polycarbonate and require no special cleaning treatment. Alcohol wipes are the principal cleaning agent. Medstor trays are ideal for hospital and medical storage.
Polycarbonate has excellent temperature tolerance, from -40°C to +120°C. Please note that most standard industry washing systems wash at between 50°C to 70°C, with drying temperatures of 90°C, all of which are within the tolerance range of polycarbonate.
Autoclaving polycarbonate is possible if the autoclave temperature is reduced to below 120°C. Most autoclaves are set at 134°C.
If required, a sample of the material can be provided for in-house testing of cleaning products.

Medstor's unique tray systems allow the end user to control the actual stock level required in each selected area and, by using the principle of "first in first out", stocks are replenished on a cycle which is based on daily or weekly usage.
Your existing barcode facility of stock control can easily be adapted for Medstor by using our new tray identification holder.

We offer a consultancy service at your premises, or via email for country areas. We also offer CAD layout drawings showing the exact proposal based on either our onsite measure or your emailed information, all without any obligation. In addition, a full written quotation and specification is supplied with each CAD drawing.
We offer a full installation service to suit your convenience. However, you can elect a self-installation programme by utilising your own approved contractors.
